By phone: We are ready to take your order or answer any questions you may have. Call from 10:00 to 5:30, from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday, from 12:00 to 4:00 Eastern Time.

We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express.

We will accept check payments only if the products sold are picked up in our Hanover, NH showroom.
Delivery:

For products that are in stock, delivery within the US will be within 7-10 business days. Delivery charges on your online order form are for ground service only within the contiguous 48 States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and for international deliveries please email us at info@innerasiarugs.com for more details.
Delivery Charges:
We are currently offering free outbound ground shipping for all our products including rugs up to size 6x9 within the contiguous 48 States, however if you decide to return any of our products we will charge your credit card for shipping, handling and restocking fees. Please call us at 603-643-7847 for quotes on returns. Shipping charges will depend on weight of the product, your zip code, your location and the method of shipping.
Try before you buy a rug:
We carry 2x3 samples of most of our rugs. Because our first commitment is to be sure you are happy with your choice, if you would like to check the colors and design of a rug before purchasing a larger size, we would be happy to ship you a 2x3 rug to look at in your home at no charge. We ask that you give us a credit card number as security.
We ask that you return the 2x3 rug within seven days . If you decide to purchase a larger rug, the return shipping charges for this smaller rug are on us. However, if you decide not to purchase the rug, shipping and handling charges will apply. Please refer to rug shipping charges.
Return Policy:
Innerasia guarantees the quality of all our products. If, however, you would like to return any of our products please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will be glad to offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit. For refunds we will issue you a return authorization number and you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
All merchandise returns should be in their original package, clean and unused.
Privacy Policy
Innerasia respects your privacy and we will treat your information as strictly confidential. We will not sell or share this information with any third party company or organization. All orders processed through our server will be fully secured and any information we receive from you will only be used to process your order.
Communications:
Providing Innerasia with your email address means that you are consenting for us to communicate with you electronically via our secured email. Furthermore ,furnishing us with your mailing address carries consent to receive notification of our sales , promotional and some cultural events that we hold in our Hanover, NH showroom.
